To create your customized artwork, we collect the photos you upload and any text prompts you submit ("User Content"). We handle this data with strict privacy controls:

  • Processing: We transmit your uploaded images and prompts to trusted AI partners and print providers strictly for custom generation, resolution upscaling, and physical manufacturing via secure, encrypted channels.
  • No Public AI Training: We DO NOT use your personal pet photos to train public AI models, nor do we sell, lease, or trade your private images to any third parties.
  • Data Retention Rules:
    • For Guest Purchases (Direct Checkouts): We retain your uploaded photos and generated high-resolution artwork files for a limited period of 30 to 90 days from the date of fulfillment for the sole purpose of processing potential reprints or quality revisions, after which they are permanently deleted from our active production servers.
    • For Registered Creator Studio Accounts: If you create an account to use our interactive Creator Studio, your uploaded photos, generation history, and digital masterpieces are saved securely in your private personal gallery. This data will be retained indefinitely to allow you ongoing access to download your assets, until you choose to delete them manually or request account closure.
