2. Physical Products (Canvas Prints)

Total Delivery Time = Production Time + Shipping Time

Since every canvas is uniquely made to order, we require a brief processing window to print, hand-stretch over internal wooden frames, and quality-check your artwork before handing it to the carrier.

👑 Tier 3: Premium Worldwide - $19.95 USD

  • Available for: Australia, Denmark, Estonia, Switzerland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, New Zealand, and US Remote (AK, HI, PR) (Zone 3).
  • ⚠️ Note: Free shipping is not available for Tier 3 regions due to extremely high regional carrier surcharges.

4. Customs & Import Duties

Because we fulfill locally in major global markets, over 95% of our orders do not incur any customs fees. However, local customs in non-fulfillment regions like Switzerland or Norway may charge import duties, which remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking link once your physical canvas ships. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier's tracking link to activate in their system.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders (Our Royal Guarantee)

  1. Take clear photos of the damage (including the canvas internal frame, canvas wrap, and the shipping box) [1.3.1].
  2. Email support@fabledpaws.com within 7 days of delivery.
  3. We will issue a free replacement immediately. No need to ship the damaged item back to us.

7. Incorrect Address & Changes

Please contact us at support@fabledpaws.com within 1 hour of ordering to fix an address error. Once an order enters our custom production queue (after 1 hour), shipping addresses cannot be modified under any circumstances.

8. Returns Policy Summary

  • Custom Canvas Prints: As these are personalized to your specific pet photo, we do not accept returns for "change of mind." We replace any defective or damaged items free of charge.
  • Digital Products: 2K Social-Ready Portraits, 8K Gallery Masterpieces, any provided high-definition digital upgrades (including 4K files), and Premium Creator Credits are strictly non-refundable once generated, delivered, or credited to your account.
